it takes on.  Clients come to us for information (which is
given free of charge) to guide them generically in their
financial planning and decision making with no obligation
on either side.  If the issue requires professional time and
costs to be expended, in finding a solution to their needs,
a fixed fee can usually be agreed for the work.  Sometimes
a success fee can be agreed based on the particular assignment.
